Indian Kitchen
Today was our day off!!! Thank goodness - such a long week...we had our second practicum yesterday where we had to teach a 60 minute class. It's amazing though how much I've progressed the past two weeks.

All done and ready to chow down. Bon Appétit!
So what to do with a day off - cook & shop, of course!
Four of us went to a cooking class at the home of a very enterprising woman Rajnee, who runs a small beauty shop/boutique and is also a wife and mother to two young kids. We made daal (lentils), malai kofta, paneer curry, and stuffed potato bread - everything was delish! I'm definitely going to have an Indian themed dinner party soon. And now for the pictorial. 😋
